I have gotten lucky at times with each student in the group acting three times, since both rows had students with high Demonology (I think it is 10% chance per skill level so 50% chance at max skill). If both students have it, it can trigger through the other student's bonus action. At high Demonology, this can trigger quite a lot. Blood Pact triggers when the student next to the one uses an action and allows the student with the skill to also act.
